Chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai inspects the progress of building Ang Son Cement Project No.1 and No.2
The Ang Son Cement Plant No.1 has been invested by the Cosevco Joint-stock Company No.6 with a total capital of VND500 billion. The plant has been started from May 2008 with a capacity of 50 thousand tons a year. The plant is expected to be operational in October 2010.
The Ang Son Cement Plant No.2 has been invested by the Duc Thang Loi Mechanic Company Limited with a total capital of VND873 billion. The plant has been started from October 2009 with a capacity of 870.000 tons a year. So far, 80% of the volume of work has been completed. As estimated, the plant will be put into operation in the first quarter of 2011.
After the inspection tour, Chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai highly valued and praised the efforts made by all cadres and workers of two plants in the past time and asked two units to speed up the progress as scheduled plan. Chairman Hoai also ordered related departments and branches to have a close combination to deal with difficulties and quickly put two plants into operation.
