After four working days (from December 05 to 08 2007), the provincial People's Council listened and discussed the contents of the reports; discussed the approval of fourteen main Resolutions on the province's socio-economic development; answer the voter's questions and petitions at the meeting.

In the final working day, the provincial People's Council discussed and ratified five main Resolutions, including: Resolution on allocation of province-level budget spending estimation of 2008; Resolution on allocation of provincial development and investment capital of 2008; Resolution on supplementation and adjustment of allowance level for some positions at commune level; Resolution on the program for building resolution and supervising activities of the provincial People's Council of 2008; Resolution on socio-economic development tasks of 2008.

Closing the session, Chairman Luong Ngoc Binh asserted that: With the spirit of straightness, democracy and openness, the 11th session of the provincial People's Council gained the good achievements. Concretely, solved and explained the delegate's questions; the voter's petitions and approved 14 main Resolutions on the province's socio-economic development. He also asked all levels and departments to deploy the implementation of the success of the Resolutions of the provincial People's Council, especially Resolution on socio-economic development tasks of 2008. The Chairman asked the Standing Committee of the provincial People's Council in coordination with the provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front to organize the contacts with voters in order to notify the obtained results of the 11th session of the 15th provincial People's Council.
