Over the past time, the Department of Training and Education well implemented regulations of Prime Minister on building and improving quality of teachers and education managers. So far, the quality of teachers has been improved obviously, meeting the demand of education. Besides paying much attention to quality of teaching, the education sector has directed schools to strictly implement the campaign to fight negative phenomena in exam and an addiction to "achievement" in education (called "Two Nos" campaign), and the campaign entitled "Each teacher should set an example of morality, self-study and creativity"; open training courses to improve quality and professional knowledge for teacher staff; incessantly innovate teaching method and promote information technology application in school to create favorable condition for teaching and studying.

In the next period, the province's educational sector will continue to effectively implement Decision No.09/2005/QD-TTg of Prime Minister to build and standardize teacher staff and education managers; upgrade and expand the informatics and foreign language training centers, meeting the more and more demand of education in the new period.
