Visit and present gift to Dien Bien soldiers in Dong Hoi area
(Quang Binh Website) - On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7 1954-2009), Chief of the Provincial Party Organization Committee Hoang Dang Quang, representative of the Provincial Border Guard Command and leader of Dong Hoi city together with related units paid a visit and presented gift to Dien Bien soldiers who are living in Dong Hoi area.
Those were Hoang Van Thoan in Nam Ly ward, Nguyen Ngoc Lam in Loc Ninh commune and Vu Doi in Bac Ly ward. At the visits, provincial leaders acknowledged the contributions of Dien Bien soldiers in the Dien Bien Phu campaign and encouraged them in overcoming illness, joining social activities and bringing up their children...
