Accompanying PetroVietnam's CEO Dinh La Thang was Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Lam Phuong; Province Permanent Vice-chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai and related agencies and units.

After his fact-finding survey, PetroVietnam's CEO Dinh La Thang asked the Petroleum Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) - Quang Binh Branch to quickly build a plan for production and effective exploitation of Hon La Port; strengthen management machinery and provide equipment for loading to improve the capacity of operation of Hon La Port. CEO Dinh La Thang highly evaluated the position and infrastructure of Hon La Economic Zone, concurrently asked the Project Management Board of Quang Trach Power Center to carry out the appraisement of tender document to submit to the PetroVietnam for execution as scheduled.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Permanent Vice-chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai pledged that the province will assist and create favorable conditions for PetroVietnam to implement the projects in Hon La Economic Zone. He also acknowledged the great efforts of PetroVietnam in implementation of construction of Quang Trach Power Center and exploitation management of Hon La Port.
