The provincial People's Council carried out to select new members for the 15th provincial People’s Committee. Mr Le Ding Huan, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Quang Ninh district People's Committee, Mrs Nguyen Thi Hong, Vice-chairman of the provincial Women Union and other three members were selected as fresh members.
