In attendance at the talk, there were Mr. Tran Cong Thuat, Vice-chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the Special Working Committee of Quang Binh province; Mr. Oday Soudaphone, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Governor, Head of the Special Working Committee of Khammouane province together with members of the Special Working Committee of Quang Binh - Khammouane provinces.

At the talk, two sides analysed and evaluated the obtained results of gathering remains of martyrs in the past time, concurrently signed an agreement on implementing the task on seeking and gathering remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who sacrificed in Khammouane province to come back Vietnam in the dry season of 2009-2010.
