The 21st Quang Binh People’s Council Session term XV ended successfully

(Quang Binh Website) - On July 9th 2010, the 21st Provincial People’s Council Session term XV entered its final working day.

Addressing the session, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai collected the ideas of delegates and representatives of departments and branches about the appraisement of implementing socio-economic development plan in the first six months and tasks, solutions in the second six months of 2010. The provincial People’s Committee will direct all levels and sectors to continue checking and taking effective measures to well implement the tasks for socio-economic development, ensuring the right and interests of the mass. On the other hand, Chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai also proposed some main solutions to implement successfully the tasks for socio-economic development plan in the second half of year.

At the session, the provincial People’s Council also discussed and approved seven Resolutions of the session.

Giving a closing speech, Provincial People’s Council Chairman Luong Ngoc Binh emphasized that after over two working days with the spirit of straightness, democracy, openness and high responsibility, the 21st provincial People’s Council session term XV ended successfully. It basically answered questions of delegates and voters and ratified seven main resolutions. After this session, Chairman ordered delegates to have the responsibility of reporting the session’s results to voters; asked the Standing Committee of the provincial People’s Council and its divisions to strengthen work of inspection about the implementation of resolutions and the settlement of delegates’ petitions cited at the session.
