At the meeting, Israeli expert delegation represented some applications of watering technology indoors and outdoors which has been successfully applied to the projects of planting cotton, corn and sugarcane in the Sahara Desert and some other projects in the world.

After the field trip to the sandy region in the south of Nam Ngu Thuy Trung (Le Thuy district), Israeli experts affirmed that if Quang Binh applies the watering technology from Israel, the project of planting cotton of the textile and garment plant (under the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Corporation) will reached a high productivity.

Speaking at the meeting, PPC Chairman highly agreed on high-tech application into the project of planting cotton in the sandy region in the south of Nam Ngu Thuy Trung (Le Thuy district) and promised that the province would create the best conditions for the project to put into operation.
