Annual eye-care project to kick off
About 30,000 people in five provinces and HCM City will benefit from a community eye programme that will be held from October 6-27.
The programme, Bright eyes rowards the future, is organised by the Central Eye Hospital in collaboration with Rohto-Mentholatum Viet Nam Co.’s New V.Rohto brand and HCM City’s Cao Thang Eye Hospital.
The beneficiaries in Bac Kan, Ninh Binh, Quang Binh, Phu Yen, HCM City’s Cu Chi District and Ca Mau will receive free consultancy, check-ups and treatment.
In particular, the programme will support 60 poor patients with cataract surgeries.
