Concretely, revenues from state enterprises were VND232.6 billion, reached 78.1% of the plan; from foreign investment sector VND23.7 billion, reached 593.1% of the plan; from non-state tax VND217.1 billion, reached 61.3% of the plan; from registration fee VND66.2 billion, reached 72% of the plan; from fees and charges VND19.8 billion, reached 68.5% of the plan; from land use money VND364.9 billion, reached 81.1% of the plan; from environmental protection tax VND41.5 billion, reached 83% of the plan; and from personal income tax VND33.6 billion, reached 84% of the plan.

There are four localities exceeding the targets of the yearly plan for budget revenues, namely Bo Trach, Minh Hoa, Tuyen Hoa and Quang Ninh. The remaining localities reached 74% and over of the plan.
