PPC Chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai receives Professor Tran Thanh Van

Attending the reception was PPC Vice Chairman Tran Tien Dung, representatives of the provincial Study Promotion Society, SOS villages in Vietnam and Odon Vallet scholarship fund in Quang Binh.
At the reception, Professor Tran Thanh Van stressed the importance of scientific research to the life and encouraged Vietnam students in general and Quang Binh students in particular to pursue scientific research.
"We will create the best conditions for students to study and research at the high-quality universities in the world", professor Tran Thanh Van said.
He also expressed his hope Quang Binh province closely cooperates with Meeting Vietnam organization to effectively implement Odon Vallet scholarship program in particular and activities to help Quang Binh pupils and students in general.
On behalf of provincial leaders, Chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai expressed his thanks to professor Tran Thanh Van and Meeting Vietnam organization for their concerns and contributions to students.
Chairman informed of the province's efforts in training and attracting the talents in recent years and said that the province would create the best conditions for Quang Binh students to approach scientific research and develop their talent, contributing to building Quang Binh motherland more and more prosperous.
On this occasion, professor Tran Thanh Van and his delegation will pay a visit to the SOS Children's Village and the Quang Binh Gifted School and granted scholarships to students in three provinces of Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Ha Tinh.
