Vinatex to build a garment factory in Quang Binh
(Quang Binh Portal) – The Viet Nam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) has approved construction investment of a garment factory in Le Thuy district, Quang Binh provincce, according to information from the provincial Department of Industry and Trade.
Accordingly, Vinatex will invest construction of “Vinatex Le Thuy Garment Factory” project with a toal investment of VND120 billion, of which 30% of capital source from the owner and 70% from trade loans.
The garment factory is built at Cam Thuy district, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province. It has a scale of 20 garment production lines with the capacity to manufacture 3.6 million products per year.
Once the factory becomes operational, it will provide stable jobs for about 1,500 local people.
It is expected that the project will begin construction in the third quarter of 2015 and complete in the first quarter of 2016.
