The ceremony was attended by Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai, Chairman of the Vietnam Study Promotion Society Nguyen Manh Cam, donors and leading representatives of the study promotion societies from 11 central provinces and cities, including: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa.

At the ceremony, Chairman of the Vietnam Study Promotion Society stressed the importance of the study promotion society at all levels in building a studying society, contributing to creating favorable conditions for all people to participate in study. Chairman also urged the local study promotion society to further develop study promotion in the province.
