Oxfam Ha Noi Office donates EUR 17,944 to M-Score service project
Accordingly, Oxfam will give a non-refundable aid of EUR 17,944 to conduct the M-Score service project in Quang Binh province.
The project aims to enhance transparency and accountability in services provided by local administrative agencies in several districts, city and town in the province through mobilephone scorecard.
According to the project, residents who accomplish transactions at one-stop-shop units will get a message or call from telephone operator asking about the service quality and attitude. They can send their feedbacks about the quality of public service and the attitude of the staff. The feedbacks will help local authorities to see through and take measures to overcome shortcomings and improve the quality of administrative services.
The Provincial People’s Committee asked related units and localities to receive and effectively use the donation according to regulations of the State.
The M-Score project is carried out in the province from July of 2015 to April of 2018. This is a project making a breakthrough in administrative reform with a focus on improving the quality of public service at one-stop-shop units via mobile phones, thus helping to improve the efficiency of the State apparatus.
