Quang Binh offered VND 70 billion to overcome storm's consequences
Accordingly, the Prime Minister decided to extract VND 550 billion from source of Central budget reserves in 2017 to allocate 15 localities including Ha Tinh, Thanh Hoa, Nam Dinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, Hai Phong, Thua Thien Hue, Nghe An, Ha Giang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Lao Cai and Hoa Binh.
The supports are given to disaster-hit localities to help people overcome difficulties, repair essential facilities such as school, irrigational works, dykes and dams; of which VND 70 billion is given to Quang Binh province.
The Prime Minister assigned the People's Committee of the provinces and cities to use the supports from the Central budget and local budget reserves and other legal capital to overcome consequences caused by the natural disasters in accordance with the regulations.
