The vessel had 21 sailors who are all the Chinese.
The Chinese were provided with masks and medical check-ups. They were also asked for health declarations. The ship was sterilised.
The sailors were not granted entry procedures and were requested to be quarantined on the ship. The border guards of Gianh Port are responsible for supervising the quarantine as well as urging the Chinese to conform to the pandemic prevention requirements.
Recently, authorities of many cities and provinces have detected hundreds of Chinese people for illegally entering Vietnam.
