This is the fourth year primary students nationwide have been granted this scholarship. This year, 6,000 scholarships worth VND 3 billion are given to primary pupils in 64 provinces and cities nationwide, of which 80 scholarships are given to Quang Binh pupils. This is students who obtained excellent achievements in studying and won high results in the contests of culture, art and sport, disabled pupils and outstanding but poor students, etc. Each scholarship is worth VND 500 million each.
