Attending the workshop, there were Mr. Nghiem Xuan Tue, Office Director of the National Coordination Committee for Disabled People of Vietnam and leading representative of related departments and branches in the province.

At the workshop, delegates listened report draft on the plan to assist the disabled in 2009-2010 period and briefed the Convention on the right of the disabled of the General Assembly of the United Nations in the 61st session. The workshop also spent much time to discuss about the plan to assist the disabled in 2009-2010 period, in order to find out many solutions to help the handicapped in the provincial area.
