KHE DA – NGHIA NINH TOURIST ATTRACTION

1. Project goats and project items:

- Development of a resort for ecotourism in combination with historic tourism, recalling war memory, storing life and fighting expriences in the bombing period in Quang Binh province;

- The ecotourism resort is developed basing on the tourist attraction of Khe Da and the cultural-ecological-historic tourist attraction of Vuc Quanh (03 hectares). The resort will include: a hotel, restaurants, an amusement park, regenerated forest to offer such service as bathing in rock creeks, fishing, relaxing, sight seeing in forests, etc.

- Location: Nghia Ninh commune, Dong Hoi city;

- Total estimated land use area: 30 ha

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- VND 50 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority.

- The project is valued by Quang Binh Department of Construction.

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial Peoples’ Committee.
