THE PROVINCE'S KEY PROJECTS USING STATE BUDGET INVESTMENT

1. Nhat Le II Bridge: This is a key project of the province in the period of 2011-2015 which is put into the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 16th Provincial People’s Council. The project is also supplemented to the planning on Vietnam’s coastal road route of the Prime Minister and approved by the provincial People’s Committee according to Decision No.2665/QD-UBND dated October 18 2010 with a total investment of VND919 billion.

2. Investment project on construction of head office of the Quang Binh provincial Party Committee: this is a key project of the province with a total investment of around VND450 billion. The project is expected to start construction in the beginning of 2013.

3. Project on construction of the North-South main road axis with the length of 60m, Bao Ninh commune, Dong Hoi city: the project has a total the length of 4km with a total investment for its first phase of VND130 billion which is funded by the targeted support of the government. Started in May of 2010, the project has so far completed and put into use.

4. Project on construction of bridge and road to Van Hoa commune: the project is invested by capital source of government bond with a total investment of VND478 billion. The project has been started construction from January of 2012 and is expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2012.

5. Project of the provincial road No.565 (the provincial road No.16): the provincial road No.565 has a total length of 72km (from T-junction of Cam Lien to Viet-Lao border line). The road is invested by capital source from government bond with a total investment of VND894.7 billion. The project has been started from January of 2011 and is expected to carry out within 24 months.

6. Project on construction of road connecting Hon La Economic Zone and Tien - Chau - Van Hoaconcentrated cement industrial park. The project is invested by capital source of government bond with a total investment of VND 855.815 billion.
