The delegation led by Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial National Assembly Delegation Hoang Dang Quang attended and beat the drum to open the new academic year at the Quan Hau Town Primary School and paid a visit to the Ninh Chau High School (Quang Ninh district).

The delegation led by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai attended the new school year opening ceremony at the Provincial Ethnic Boarding School and paid a visit to the Bao Ninh Kindergarten (Dong Hoi City).

Addressing the opening ceremonies at schools, the province's leaders praised the achievements made by all teachers and pupils over the past years and encouraged them to continue upholding their tradition of studiousness to gain greater achievements in the 2011-2012 academic year.

The provincial leaders asked the schools should continue effectively implementing the Campaign “Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh”; renovating method of teaching and studying; speeding up application of information technology in teaching and studying; building a healthy educational environment and promoting the development of students’ creativity and innovation, improving education quality to train high quality human resources, meeting the city’s development demand.

On the same day, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee also visited and attended the opening ceremonies at various schools in the province.
