Viet Nam, Laos and Thailand co-operate to build the cultural Centre
Representative of Bolikhamchai and Khammouan of Laos; Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Nghe An of Viet Nam and NongKhai, Nakhon Phanom of Thailand went on an inspectation of building site of the cultural Centre in Khamkeut district in Bolikhamchai province to attract tourists and create a chance for the people in localities to learn about many different cultures of Viet Nam, Laos and Thailand.
The cultural centre is expected to be built in area of 750 ha and divided into 8 precincts reserved for each province, stamp and cultural character of each locality will be represented in the precinct for each province only. At present, technical planning of the project is completed and its construction will be expected to be started in 2008.
