Attending the meeting was Permanent Vice-chairperson of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thi Bich Lua, Vice-chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Cong Thuat, representative of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leading representative of the Dong Hoi City, the departments and branches and the related communes and wards.

The detailed master plan for Nhat Le riversides, designed by the Ho Thieu Tri Architecture Limited Liability Company and its partners, has the scale of 194.4201 hectares in the communes and wards of Quang Phu, Hai Thanh, Dong My, Hai Dinh, Phu Hai and Bao Ninh. The master plan is divided into four functional areas, including: natural park (Quang Phu commune and Hai Thanh ward), historical park (Dong My ward and Hai Thanh ward), water urban area (Phu Hai ward) and Bao Ninh sandy park (Bao Ninh commune).

The master plan aims at creating a new landscape in accordance with the culture and history of the locality; developing the amusement park, resort and verdure park for Dong Hoi city; building a modern and new urban area, contributing to solving the need for houses and improving the living standard of the residents in the riversides and so on.

At the meeting, the delegates spent more time in discussion, in which focusing on researching the master plan for water urban area; supplementing the project of public traffic to serve tourists; suitably arranging the tourist boat stations to ensure traffic safety; speeding up the progress of implementing the project...

Addressing the meeting, Provincial People's Committee Chairman Phan Lam Phuong applauded the effort of the consultancy unit in researching the actual state of Dong Hoi city to propose the detailed master plan for Nhat Le riversides with the feasibility and new ideas. Basically, he agreed with the master plan, but he also asked the consultancy unit need to acquire the ideas and contributions of the departments and branches, especially the project for the water urban area to adjust the master plan in accordance with the socio-economic condition of the province.
