In the first phase of the project, the Company will build two clinker producing plants with a daily capacity of 5,000 tons a day and two grinding stations with an output of a million tons of cement a year. Construction is estimated to be completed within 36 months of being granted a construction license. In the second phase, the Company will expand and supplement a clinker production line in Chau Hoa commune and three new grinding stations in Can Tho, Vinh Long and Ho Chi Minh City.

On the basis of the projects being implemented and at the proposal of the Ministry of Construction, the Prime Minister on April 9 approved the supplementation of the Truong Thinh cement project in Quang Binh province with a capacity of 5,000 tons of clinker a day in the Planning on development of Vietnam’s cement industry till 2020 and its orientations till 2020.

This is a favorable condition for the Company to speed up the progress of executing the projects, meeting the more and more demand of construction, concurrently contributing to promoting the process of the province’s socio-economic development.
