Preferential investment policy applied in Dong Hoi city

(Quang Binh Website) - The People's Committee of Dong Hoi city approved Decision No.05/2008/QD-UBND on preferential investment policy in Dong Hoi city.

Accordingly, with respect to investment projects in trade village, industrial-handicraft complexes and tourism area under the management of the City People's Committee will be invested in building essential infrastructure such as: electricity, road and water supply system reaching as far as the hedge of the trade village, complexes and tourism area.

As for the preferential policy for site clearance and levelling for investment projects of industry-handicraft establishments, the City People's Committee will support up to 20% of site levelling fee and up to VND 50 million for each project.

As for the preferential policy for building trade name, the City People's Committee will bear 20% of expense for building trade name for the enterprises of processing agricultural, forestry and fishery products, souvenir products to serve tourism with the annual turnover of over VND5 billion and up to VND 15 million for each project.

As for the preferential policy for investment promotion, the City People's Committee will consider and award 1%0 of investment value and up to VND15 million for each project to the units and individuals who made many great contributions to calling for the foreign and domestic investors with the investment projects worth over VND10 billion.

Support in vocational training for local laborers recruited for the first time: for the project with the number of over 30 people and its training period of over 2 months, the City People's Committee will receive fee aid and up to VND 300,000 per person.

As for the projects of new technological transfer and projects of building pilot model under the industrial-handicraft, fishery, tourism and breeding development program, the City People's Committee will support up to 30% of the project's value and up to VND 10 million for each project.
