Granting Dinh Phuc scholarship to outstanding and poor pupils in provincial area
(Quang Binh Website) - The Dong Hoi Study Society in cooperation with the Dinh Phuc scholarship fund has recently held a giving ceremony of scholarships to outstanding and poor pupils in the provincial area.
The Dinh Phuc scholarship fund was established in late 2007 and is divided into three sub-funds, namely the Doan Thi Tien fund, the Tran Thanh Van fund and the Dinh Phuc fund, chaired by Mr. Tran Dinh Thang, Chief Executive Officer of the Quang Binh - Nhat Le Pharmaceutical Company. The fund' objective is to encourage poor pupils in their study.
In this phase, the Dinh Phuc scholarship fund granted 24 scholarships, the Tran Thanh Van fund 7 scholarships and the Doan Thi Tien 6 scholarships, worth VND400,000 each, to 37 outstanding and poor pupils in Dong Hoi city.
