Dong Hoi - Ho Chi Minh air route operates three flights a week from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Hoi and vice versa on Monday Wednesday and Friday by Fokker 70. In the forthcomings time, with the care and support of Central ministries and branches, the province will actively direct local departments and branches to create favorable condition for the Northern Aviation Administration and the Flight Center in Central region to effectively operate Dong Hoi Airport, contributing to bring Dong Hoi Airport to become an international and regional airport, meeting the demands of local people, tourists and foreign and domestic investors.
