Implementing the national investment promotion program 2009, the Ministry of Planning and Investment assigned to the People’s Committee of Quang Binh province to chair the investment promotion conference for human resources development for Northern Central provinces. The conference, jointly organized by the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the People’s Committee of Quang Binh province, will be expected to take place in March 2010. This national-level conference is expected to gather about 500 foreign and domestic delegates. Prof Moc Que is a consultant for this investment promotion conference.

At the working, Prof Moc Que presented the organization plan of investment promotion conference in Quang Binh to together discuss and propose solutions for implementation. "In order to strengthen the popularization for the image of investment environment of Quang Binh and supply of information on projects of calling for investment, Quang Binh need to focus on training human resources in the socio-economic fields", he stressed.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Vice-chairman Tran Cong Thuat expressed his gratitude to Prof Moc Que in advising for work of preparation for the conference and ordered related departments and agencies to well implement work of preparation for the conference. Vice-chairman Tran Cong Thuat also underlined that the organization of investment promotion conference on human resource development for Northern Central provinces in Quang Binh is an important task in the framework of the national investment promotion program 2009 so the province need to try its best to prepare for the conference, making a good impression on foreign and domestic partners.
