Most of the objects were discovered by ethnic people of the Bru Van Kieu group while hunting in the jungle.
The first was collected in Ho Nga's house in Khe Day village and the second in Ho Xe in Na Lam village.
The V-shaped stone axes, which have a polished surface, were whittled from yellow silica stone and, as the blades became blunt, were used for digging and cutting plants.
