A stimulus program for tourists from Europe launched
Accordingly, Vietnam will grant visa exemptions for citizens from five above countries for stays no longer than 15 days. The Resolution will be in effect for one year, beginning July 1, 2015 and ending on June 30, 2016, and will apply to all types of passports.
Thus, in order to promote tourism activities and attract international arrivals to Quang Binh province, the Provincial Department of Culture, Sport and Tourist has directed the Phong Nha – Ke Bang Ecological Tourism Center, Truong Thinh Tourism Company, Oxalis Adventure Tours and three-star hotels and over to implement tourism stimulus programs, promotional programs, 20% discount of tickets for visiting at tourist sites, tour prices and room prices at hotels.
In addition, the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism has also required enterprises operating in tourism to improve their quality of services and ensure environmental sanitation, food safety and social order.
The Provincial Tourism Association need to build tourism stimulus programs for five countries from Western Europe and take effective measures to build up trade name for Quang Binh tourism industry and its members, said the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism.
