The event was attended by the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Dang Quang; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Cong Thuat; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai; members of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee, and leaders of provincial departments and branches.

The program is organized to show the constant belief of the entire people in the Party’s leadership and the expectation for a bright future of the country in the new tenure.

The event saw the participation of nearly 1,500 artists who staged performances praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and the country. The artists came from the Quang Binh Performing Art Troupe and children from the Quang Binh provincial Culture House for Children.

Addressing the program, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee briefly informed of results of the 12th National Party Congress and stressed that the 12th National Party Congress was conducted with prompt and serious spirit of “Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Renovation” and with a high sense of responsibility. The event was attended by over 1,500 deputies representing over 4.5 million Party members.

He expressed his hope that the Provincial Party Committee and people of Quang Binh province will uphold the national tradition, obtained achievements, focus on speeding up production and business, well implement the policies for the poor, beneficiaries and ethnic minority people, especially in Lunar New Year 2016.
