Accordingly, the project will be implemented at primary and secondary schools across the province from 2017 to 2020.
The project aims to help children at 6-24 ages living in UXO/mine contaminated areas reduce mine accidents.
With the expenditure of nearly VND725 million, the project will conduct main activities such as training on mine risk reduction for secondary school teachers, education on mine accident prevention for primary and secondary school pupils through extracurricular acitivities; providing documents on mine prevention education for secondary school teachers, etc.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training in collaboration with related units and localities to receive and use source of aids effectively according to the State's regulations on managing and using foreign NGO aids.
