Under the plan, the 6th session of the 17th Provincial People's Councilis expected to take place from December 6 to 12.

At the session, deputies of the Provincial People's Council will discuss 27 reports of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, the department of justice, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial National Assembly Delegation and functional agencies on implementation of duties in 2017 and orientations in 2018; answering questions and petitions of voters before the 6th session, etc.

The session will also approve 16 resolutions, including 08 resolutions were unanimously adopted by the Provincial People's Council at Resolution No.24/NQ-HDND dated December 8th, 2016 and 08 resolutions are kindly requested to supplement by the Provincial People's Committee.

In order to prepare for the 6th session, a press conference will be expected to open on November 28th, aiming to propagandize on the session's specific agenda. Deputies of the provincial People's Council will contact with voters at localities from October 30th - November 3rd to report the implementation of the Provincial People's Council's resolution on socio-economic development tasks in ten months of 2017 and inform of the session's agenda, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council stressed the importance of the 6th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council - the year-end session. Chairman Quang assigned specific tasks to related departments and branches to prepare reports, statements and essential conditions for the session's success.

He also asked media agencies to promote propaganda on the 6th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council.
