Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai presided over the meeting. Attending the meeting was Vice Chairpersons and representatives of related departments and branches.

Located in Dong Hoi city, the "Movenpick Central" project has a total area of 2,911.6 m2, featuring 21 shophouses and a 32-floor building for a five star international hotel.

The Movenpick Hotel Quang Bình will feature 219 guest rooms, four food and beverage outlets and private beach access for hotel guests at nearby Nhat Le Beach. The property will also feature a spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, three meeting rooms and a ballroom catering for up to 400 delegates.

Once being put into operation, the project will contribute to improve quality of life, solve jobs and increase income for local laborers as well as create a landscape for the city.

At the meeting, delegates contributed many ideas to construction of the "Movenpick Central" project such as its design in details, system of road, electricity, water drainage and supply, and some auxiliary works, contributing to better improve the planning.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly evaluated construction of "Movenpick Central" project funded by Viet Group.

In the upcoming time, Chairman asked Viet Group to adjust the project's design according to the technical standards, closely coordinate with related departments and branches to quickly complete dossier to submit it to the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee for approval.
