PM appoints two Deputy Ministers
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has decided to appoint Pham Ngoc Thuong as new Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

Prior to his transfer to Ha Noi, Thuong, aged 52, was Deputy Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lang Son Provincial People’s Committee.
The Government chief also appointed Le Minh Ngan as new Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.
Ngan, aged 51, was promoted from the position as Vice Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee.
