Quang Binh welcomed the first charter train

The charter train was launched on the occasion of the 60th anniversry of Vietnam’s Tourism Industry (July 9, 1960 - July 9, 2020), in response to the Program "Vietnamese people travel Vietnam" launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and implemented the program of linkage and cooperation between Quang Binh Tourism Department and UNESCO Hanoi Travel Club in 2020.
With an itinerary of 03 days 04 nights, this is a first new and unique tourism product in Quang Binh built by 15 travel units of UNESCO Hanoi Travel Club, which is aimed at bringing many exciting experiences on the new generation wagons to visitors as well as introducing various fascinating attractions, unique cultural and historical values, beautiful nature of Quang Binh.

During the first stage in July and early August of 2020, this product is offered for sale with 7 charter trains departing from Hanoi on July 9, July 16, July 23, July 30 and August 6, August 13, August 30, the number of passengers is about 350-400 people/trip and so far, these charter trains have basically enough passengers. It is expected that in the near future, these trains will be sold with higher frequency of trains, the number of travel units participating will be increased and potentially bring to Quang Binh nearly 20,000 visitors.
From the initial success of this product, the Department of Tourism will continue to coordinate with UNESCO Hanoi Travel Club, the Quang Binh Tourism Association and other units to develop new tourism products to create huge attraction, boosting the growth of visitors, towards the full recovery of Quang Binh Tourism, continues to affirm the position of the leading attractive destination in Vietnam as well as in the region.
