Quang Binh welcomes 938,240 visitors in the first nine months of 2012
(Quang Binh Website) - According to the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism of Quang Binh province, tourism activity in the first nine months of 2012 has remained a stable growth and obtained remarkable results.

Concretely, the total number of tourists to Quang Binh in the first nine months was estimated reaching 938,240 people, increasing by 29.3% against the same period of 2011 and reaching 93.8% of the yearly plan; of which international arrivals to Quang Binh were estimated reaching 15,200 people and domestic arrivals reached 923,000 people.
Total turnover reached VND 453,035 billion, increasing by 33.3% compared with the same period last year. Of which, turnover from tourism activity was estimated reaching VND291,046 billion, increasing by 32.5% compared with the same period last year.
Remarkably, some services achieved high turnover such as turnover from selling travel tickets was up 147.3%, from dwelling establishments up 23.2% and from eating and drinking up 19.4%.
Tourist sites attract a large number of visitors, including Phong Nha Cave, Thien Duong Cave, Tam Co Cave, Mooc water spring, My Canh - Bao Ninh Sun Spa Resort and Nhat Le beach.
