According to the reports of two communes and related departments and branches, Program 135 carried out in Quang Tien and Quang Chau includes many components like component of capital construction, production development support and assistance of poor boarding school pupils... Of which, Quang Tien commune has been invested over VND1,229 million to build system of transport and more than VND100 million to support for raising cows and pigs...; Quang Chau commune has been invested over VND2.286 million to build infrastructure and VND175 million to support for production... However, Quang Tien and Quang Chau still are poor communes with rate of poor households of 50.1% and 31.1%.

After listening to the contributions of departments and branches, Vice-chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai acknowledged great efforts of two communes in well implementing Program 135. He stressed that in order to well implement Program 135 from now to year 2010, the authorities of two communes need to check investment projects and give top priority to the projects which ensure the welfare of the people, delete hungry and eliminate poverty, and promote socio-economic development of localities.

Vice-chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai also approved construction of the hall of the People's Committee of Quang Tien commune, agreed to carry out a survey of construction of Khe Am irrigation dam in the coming time and reimburse VND700 million for Quang Tien commune. Regarding Quang Chau commune, he asked that the support for poor boarding school pupils need to be carried out fairly and clearly; the commune need to suitably allocate source of capital from Program 135 to four basic components, focus on production to promote the potentials of breeding, farm economy and traditional trade village...
