The 2013-2014 academic year will continue implementation of the Party Central Committee’s resolution on fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training to meet the requirements of national industrialization and modernization in the context of developing a socialism-oriented market economy and global integration.

This academic year will accelerate the implementation of innovating managerial mechanisms, renovating methods of teaching and assessments at all education levels.

Speaking at the schools, provincial leasers hailed the schools’ achievements in improving teaching methods over the past time and asked teaching staff and students to uphold tradition as while continue their efforts to record further achievements in the coming year.

Leaders also encouraged each teacher and educational managers to improve their professional skills and teaching methods and set a good example of morality, self-study and creativity for students to follow.

Leaders urged the schools to continue its fine tradition of overcoming difficulties and challenges and striving to create a positive learning environment where students can develop comprehensively.
