The Government donated VND 4 billion to Quang Binh to evacuate residents from landslides and endangered areas
On October 5 2007, the Prime Minister approved the Decision No.1337/QĐ-TTg to donate VND 130 billion to 27 provinces to urgently evacuate inhabitants from the landslides and endangered areas.
Of which, Quang Binh province was given VND 4 billion.
The Prime Minister also directed the People's Committee of provinces to use this money for right objectives and subjects and conform to legal regulations; actively allocate the local budget source and other legal financial sources to implement the project in order to ensure safety for people's life and property, help residents quickly stabilize their life.
