Nearly VND 183 million to assist Fund for poor people
Responding the calling letter of the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front, on October 17 2007, the Quang Binh Committee of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front held a ceremony to mobilize collection for "For poor people" Fund 2007. Up to now, the "For poor people" Fund has collected VND 183,188,000, of which some units and enterprises provided a big collection for the Fund, namely: Long Dai industry and forestry Company (VND 25 million); Viet Trung Rubber Company (VND 20 million); Provincial Post Office (VND 20 million); Quang Binh Electricity (VND 15 million); Quang Binh University (VND13,292,000); Petrol Company (VND 6.5 million), Ha Noi - Quang Binh Brewery Joint-stock Company (VND 5,182,000), and so on.
Contributions from collectives and individuals are a significant gift to bring happiness to poor people, creating condition for people in remote areas to overcome the difficulties in their life.
