Groundbreaking ceremony of Sao Bien ecotourism area
The Sao Bien eco-tourism and resort area, is which built on a coastal area with the borderline between Quang Phu commune (Dong Hoi city) and two communes of Ly Trach, Nhan Trach (Bo Trach district), is designed and built by the Food Equipment Joint-stock Company, Quang Binh Construction Consultancy Joint-stock Company and Licogi 12-9 Joint-stock Company (under the Infrastructure Development and Construction Corporation – Ministry of Construction). This is a modern and convenient eco-tourism and resort area, meeting the demands for all foreign and domestic tourists to Quang Binh.
The Sao Bien eco-tourism and resort area will be invested to build a four-star coastal hotel, a eco-tourism and resort area, villas, sport areas, swimming-pool, tea-room, karaoke and physiotherapy massage and so on. The Sao Bien eco-tourism and resort area has an area of 27.78 hectare, with the total investment capital of more than VND213 billion. It is expected to fully complete within 30 months.
