Receiving and working with the delegation were Assoc. Prof. Dr Nguyen Huynh Phan, Rector of Quang Binh University; Dr. Le Thi Hoai Thu, Vice-Rector; Dr. Bui Khac Son, Vice-Rector together with related departments and branches and the whole staffs, lecturers and students of Quang Binh University.

At the working, leading representative of two sides reported on the situation of general development of two universities and give some suggestions to further boost the cooperative friendly relation between two universities. Accordingly, Lampang Rajabhat University has now more than 10,000 students, in which five students of Quang Binh are now studying at the university. In the next time, Quang Binh University will assign two lecturers to train postgraduate education and two researchers to learn Thai language in order to carry out the cooperative friendly programs in education and cultural exchange between two universities. Besides, Lampang Rajabhat University also provided a lot of documents and specific cultural objects of Thai nation to help Quang Binh University establish the Thai language and culture research Center. In the other hand, two universities also coordinated to implement the scientific researches and the socio-economic development projects.

On this occasion, two universities gave presents together and planted tree as a souvenir in the schoolyard.
