The Plan's objective is to promote the propaganda and popularization for specific values of geology and geomorphology, biological diversification and primitive beauty of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park to the people nationwide and worldwide, contributing to fostering the propaganda and popularization for tourism potentials and investment promotion; improving the awareness of conservation and bringing into play the heritage values. In the other hand, the Plan aims at mobilizing all agencies, units, enterprises, organizations, armed forces and people in the whole province together with news agencies inside and outside the country, international organizations and tourists to participate in propaganda, popularization and voting for Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park in the list of new 7 natural wonders of the world.

Under the Plan, the participants in the campaign mainly focus on pupils, students, youths, civil servants, armed forces, tourists, domestic and foreign investors and the whole people inside and outside the country. The campaign for Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park will be started from June 15 to December 31 2008.

The campaign Board for Phong Nha - Ke Bang also assigned specific tasks to related agencies and units in implementing the Plan. Accordingly, the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park will carry out registration procedures and actively build the plan for propaganda and popularization of Phong Nha - Ke Bang; open a column with the topic "Vote for Phong Nha - Ke Bang World Natural Heritage in the list of new natural wonders of the world" to introduce and publicize for Phong Nha - Ke Bang; coordinate with the press to post up the introduction to vote for Phong Nha - Ke Bang; the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism coordinates to organize the propaganda activities in Vietnamese and English; improve the quality of service in hotels and tourist centers. The Department of Information and Communications directs, mobilize and introduce Internet dealers to participate in the voting.
