Viettel Corporation donates VND100 million to help Quang Binh province overcome damages caused by Storm No.7
The Storm No.7 had recently left great consequences for Quang Binh province, including: 11 dead and injured people, more than 9,000 collapsed houses, 200 destroyed irrigation works, 20% of damaged rubber area. The total damage from Storm No.7 was estimated at hundreds of million. With the Vietnamese tradition of mutual affection, the Viettel Corporation donated VND100 million to help storm-hit victims repair consequences caused by Storm No.7. This is a meaningful activity of all cadres and employees of the Viettel Corporation, contributing to helping local people overcome difficulties and quickly stabilize their life.
On behalf of the provincial leader, Vice-chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Cong Thuat expressed his thanks for the assistance of the Viettel Corporation and promised that the province will hand over above donation to storm-prone victims as soon as possible.
