Offering incense and laying a wreath at the Ba Doc cemetery
(Quang Binh Website) - On the occasion of the traditional lunar New Year holiday, the members of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, the Provincial Standing People’s Council, People’s Committee, the Provincial Committee for Vietnamese Fatherland Front and the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; leading representative of departments, branches and unions at the provincial level; members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the City Party Committee, the Standing People's Council, the People's Committee and the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Bo Trach district and Dong Hoi city offered incense and laid a wreath in commemoration of heroic martyrs at the Ba Doc cemetery, Bo Trach district on January 23 2009.
This is a yearly activity to commemorate heroes and martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and liberation of the Fatherland. After a minute’s silence in memory of heroic martyrs, the delegation burnt incense at tombs.
