At the workshop, leaders and civil-servants of three departments focused on discussion about the reality of scientific and technological sector in three provinces. On the basis of strengths of each province, leaders of three departments proposed orientations for association and cooperation in order to bring the scientific and technological sector of three provinces of Binh - Tri - Thien to develop strongly and firmly, contributing to the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.

The workshop was an opportunity for leaders and civil-servants of three departments of science and technology to exchange and learn experience in order to improve professional knowledge and skills.
