The Central Committee of Vietnam Red Cross: presents gifts to policy families in Quang Binh

(Quang Binh Website) – On the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27th), the Central Committee of Vietnam Red Cross paid a visit and presented gifts to policy families in the provincial area.

Dr. Nguyen Huu Hong, Vice President cum Deputy Secretary General of the Central Committee of Vietnam Red Cross; Mr. Le Minh Tuyen, Member of the Vietnam Red Cross, President of the Quang Binh Red Cross paid a visit and presented 100 gifts worth VND30 million (including 50 gifts of the Vietnam Red Cross and 50 gifts of the Quang Binh Red Cross) to war invalids, heroic Vietnamese mothers, families of martyrs and agent orange victims in seven districts and city in the province.

At the visits, the delegation encouraged and shared the difficulties of families of war invalids and martyrs and expressed the hope that the families would continue to promote revolutionary tradition and overcome difficulties to stabilize their life.
