At the meeting, representative of Largo International Company briefly represented the investment plan to build a wind power plant in Quang Binh province with the estimated total investment of approximately USD50 million. Once being operational, the project will provide total power of the future facility to be 40 MW.

Addressing the meeting, Chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai agreed on investment plan to build a wind power plant in Quang Binh and promised that the province would create all best conditions to implement the project as scheduled plan.

Chairman ordered relevant departments and branches to closely coordinate with the investor to carry out a field survey for the implementation of the project.
